About Cameron

I am currently an Associate Attorney at Pratt & Associates, a well-established civil litigation law firm specializing in H.O.A. litigation and advice as well as civil litigation with an emphasis on real estate matters. I also maintain a practice focused primarily on civil litigation, family law, and election law. My civil litigation specializations include real estate, contracts, business, and H.O.A. matters. As a famliy practitioner I handle dissolutions of marriage, child custody and child support matters, restraining orders, and guardianships. Election law coverage includes regulatory compliance and reporting, bookeeping and recordkeeping, and representation at administrative hearings. I provide advice and representation to candidates and committees ranging from from local to state to federal jurisidiction. As a former prosecutor and civil litigator, I have the courtroom skills and negotiation exerience to effectively advocate for my clients. I have more than ten years experience working in both the real estate field well as over ten years experience in campaign compliance and reporting. Additionally, I serve as the Program Manager and Supervising Attorney for the Virtual Legal Services Program at the Pro Bono Project Silicon Valley, a non-profit law firm that specializes in family law and helping victims of domestic violence. In this position I have devloped a unique, innovative, and nationally recognized program utilizing virtual conferencing technology to provide legal services to at-needs community members. This novel program has received awards and recogition from leading organizations and serves as a model for other devleoping virtual programs across the country. My office and home are in San Jose, but I have represented business, committees and individuals from across the Bay Area and the State of California.
