Christophe (pronouned: chris - stoff) joined Faucheux Law Firm in 2012 as a paralegal. While working under the tutelage of his father, Robert R. Faucheux, Jr., Christophe gained valuable experience in family law, child custody, partitionments, automobile accidents, personal injury, wrongful death and survival actions, business law, workers compensation, jones act cases (maritime), longshore and harbor workers compensation, estate planning, and successions. Prior to joining Faucheux Law Firm Christophe graduated honors, cum laude, from Loyola University New Orleans. Thereafter, he went on to obtain a Juris Doctorate from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Grand Rapids, Michigan, completing three semesters on the Deans List for outstanding academic achievement. While in law school Christophe interned for the Access to Justice Clinic and provided low income clients with legal services. As an attorney, Chistophe is buidling a dynamic civil law practice. His practice encompasses many areas of civil law including: family law, child custody, partitionments, automobile accidents, personal injury, wrongful death and survival actions, business law, workers compensation, jones act cases (maritime), longshore and harbor workers compensation, estate planning, and successions. In addition, Christophe continues to provide low income clients with access to effective legal services. Today, Christophe serves as lead counsel for indigent women involved in DCFS proceedings in Division "B" of the 40th Judicial District Court. Christophe is currently accepting new lients and is licensed to practice law in all Louisiana State Courts, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana, and the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
