I am an experienced employment litigation attorney with law firm, in-house and trial experience and I am admitted to practice law in California and Washington. On behalf of large retail and other corporate clients, my employment law practice involves defending against individual plaintiff and class action employment cases, counseling and advice regarding wage and hour issues and non/exemption classification, interviewing witnesses, and preparing responses to administrative agency claims.
