Of those cases, he has had numerous trial victories including driving under the influence (DUI); extreme DUI; DUI Drugs, Super Extreme DUI, reckless driving; assaults; aggravated assaults; resisting arrest, unlawful flight, felony theft; false reporting to a law enforcement officer, possession of dangerous drugs, possession of marijuana, and possession of narcotics; theft of means of transportation, leaving the scene of a fatal accident, and armed robbery. He has successfully negotiated hundreds of lesser included offenses on behalf of his clients and obtained mitigated sentences through the use of mitigation experts, mitigation videos, and psychological and medical experts.
