Kenneth F. Tomko is a partner in Hinman, Howard and Kattell and a member of the firm's Real Estate, Oil and Gas, and Business Law Practice Groups. Mr. Tomko primarily focuses his practice on all aspects of real estate transactions, representing buyer, sellers and lending institutions in both residential and commercial transactions. Mr. Tomko's practice also involves extensive work with title insurance companies; he has served as either agent or as examining counsel for some of the largest title insurers in the industry. Mr. Tomko is a frequent speaker on all aspects of real estate law to consumers, realtors and other professional organizations. Mr. Tomko also has extensive experience in counseling clients on all aspects of franchise law. He has represented Franchisors in the formation of new franchises and development of existing franchises, as well as prospective franchisees, looking to invest in franchised business opportunities. Mr. Tomko is a member of the Broome County and New York State Bar Associations, and is active in both the Real Property and Business Law committees. He is a life long resident of the Southern Tier, and has served on the Boards of numerous community organizations , such as the American Heart Association, Family and Children's Society, and Boy Scouts of America. Ken currently serves on the Executive Board of the Good Shepard Fairview Home, and has served on the Executive Boards of the Binghamton Country Club, and the Binghamton Club.
