Currently, Mr. McCartney focuses his practice in the areas of intellectual property and commercial construction. Mr. McCartney is also a licensed patent attorney with a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering. Mr. McCartney's patent work ensures that his mechanical engineering skills stay honed in connection with a wide variety of technologies. These skills enable Mr. McCartney to quickly assimilate complex issues that often arise in intellectual property and commercial construction disputes.
