Attorney Vosilla is an associate with LaFountain & Wollman, P.C. He obtained his Bachelor's Degree from St. Joseph's College in Patchogue, New York. After graduation, Michael spent a year working in politics with the New York State Assembly. He then enrolled in Suffolk University Law School in Boston, Massachusetts, where he earned a Juris Doctorate. Michael began working for the Law Offices of Ara H. Margosian II, P.C. in Watertown, Massachusetts, as a law clerk shortly after taking the bar exam in 2008 and was promoted to an associate after being admitted to the New York Bar and then the Massachusetts Bar in 2009. Working first as a law clerk and then as an associate under the direction of the late Ara H. Margosian II, Esq., Michael was exposed to a broad spectrum of the law including civil litigation, criminal, estate planning, immigration, landlord/tenant and personal injury. After the tragic passing of Attorney Margosian in the fall of 2009, Michael worked closely with Attorney Nicholas LaFountain, Esq., in managing the day-to-day operations of the firm's immigration law practice. Since that time, Michael has become an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and immigration law is one of his main practice areas. With the formation of LaFountain & Wollman, P.C., Attorney Vosilla has continued to focus on immigration law. Michael's other areas of practice include, but are not limited to, estate planning, personal injury, landlord/tenant and civil litigation. Michael has appeared in Small Claims Court, District Court, Superior Court and Boston Immigration Court. Michael also regularly prepares clients for, and accompanies them to, interviews with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (U.S.C.I.S.) in both, Boston and Lawrence, Massachusetts.
