About Patricia

"I believe that at our best, lawyers serve as society's general problem-solvers. I help my clients approach and resolve their problems flexibly and economically so as to add value to their lives and to their businesses." Experience: My legal practice is primarily focused on the representation of businesses, construction and development litigation, and collections and receivables management. I also dedicate part of my law practice to helping clients with personal disputes, estate planning and family law matters. There is no doubt that litigation can be costly. My problem-solving strategies provide solutions that allow clients to get a fair resolution to their disputes, while keeping their legal fees manageable. Whether the solution is the courtroom or the conference room, my legal counsel is based on smart, common-sense solutions that keep costs down and clients in business. My creditors' rights and collections management practice has allowed clients to recover hundreds of thousands of dollars in accounts receivables. My clients range from service providers to contractors, printers/publishers and small business owners. Many of these clients initially consult with me when faced with non-payments. They return for help with preventive law. I am a true history buff who enjoys college football, traveling, genealogy, and politics.
