Mr. Collins completed his undergraduate degree at Ohio University and received his J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law in 1973. In addition to practicing law, Mr. Collins was an officer in the Ohio National Guard, was an Administrative Assistant to United States Congressman Clarence Miller, and served a term as a board member on the ADAMH Board of Franklin County. Mr. Collins is licensed to practice in Ohio and the United States Supreme Court.
