About Timothy

My partner and I run a small, full service law firm. We have two locations, one on 5th Avenue in Chelsea (Manhattan) and one in Tenafly, New Jersey. I have been licensed in New York since 1996 and New Jersey since 2007. My partner Christine has been licensed in New Jersey since 2003. We handle a wide range of matters, and try to provide good service to our clients at a reasonable price. I always recommend getting a second opinion about a legal matter, if you are not 100% sure about the first opinion you have received. I often find that what someone thinks is a major legal issue turns out to be either very minor, or may even be covered by insurance, where the company will pay for your defense and any award against you.
